The certification is now available, and you can be one of the first to earn it! It is especially geared toward certified HERS Raters.

With this certification, you'll be able to provide added credibility in reviewing load calculations and performing quality assurance reviews. This exam prep workshop includes the NATE HERS Rater HVAC Verifier Exam, which tests a candidate's knowledge of the whole-system approach to reviewing load calculations and quality assurance reviews. This information will help you participate in EPA's ENERGY STAR Certified Homes, HVAC Quality Installation programs, and ACCA's Residential Service & Installation (RSI) program.

Pre-Conference Session, Option #2:

BPI Building Science Principles (Training & Exam)

This training is perfect for those need to understand home energy efficiency as part of their job but do not need technical field knowledge. While you're attending the NATE workshop, encourage your sales reps and office staff to participate in the Building Science Principles seminar!

Building Performance Institute (BPI) logoProgram administrators and support staff are welcome to attend this introductory course in building science. This workshop will help attendees gain an understanding of why energy auditing and retrofit work are important components to improving efficiency, air quality, comfort, and occupant safety and health. By understanding basic building science principles, attendees will acquire the valuable skill of speaking the same language as your home inspectors, general contractors, and technicians working in the field.

Registration is now open for these two workshops. We hope to see you there!
