Illinois Rebates for BPI Building Analysts

The Illinois Energy and Recycling Office at the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity has allocated rebate funds for energy efficiency training and testing.

RESNET recently sent out a notification regarding the technology that powers two of its HERS Rater Certification exams – the CAZ Simulation and the Practical Simulation. Due to unexpected Internet browser updates, these two exams will have limited availability through May 15, 2017.

According to the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET), there were 206,583 homes in the United States that were evaluated by a HERS Rater and issued a HERS Score in 2016.

This broke the record for the number of homes HERS rated in a year!
