A LEED consultant is someone who discovers and sets LEED goals for a project. He or she works with a group or team to develop effective strategies for reaching the group’s LEED goals. The consultant would ultimately be responsible for compiling all documentation, calculations, and submittals required for LEED certification. He or she would also draft and submit the LEED certification application to the USGBC.
