I watch a lot of Forensic Files – you know, the show that reveals how forensic science is used to solve violent crimes and mysterious accidents.

By far, the two most frightening episodes I’ve seen had nothing to do with murder.

It’s been almost a year since the BPI Healthy Home Evaluator Certification made its mark on the energy efficiency industry, and the designation is still yearning for the spotlight. Some BPI home energy auditors have struggled with the fact that there is less government funding and/or legislation incentivizing their pursuit of the HHE credential. BPI Healthy Home Evaluator Pilot Closes Sept. 9

The Building Performance Institute, Inc. (BPI) will complete the Healthy Home Evaluator (HHE) pilot on Friday, September 9, 2016 at midnight EST.

Two weeks ago, we posted about the new BPI Healthy Home Evaluator Certification as it was explained to us on the BPI Test Center conference call. At that point in time, the Building Performance Institute (BPI) had planned to launch the pilot for the Healthy Home Evaluator exam on April 4 to coincide with the 2016 ACI National Home Performance Conference & Trade Show. Preparing for the New BPI Healthy Home Evaluator Certification

Earlier this week, Everblue staff members were invited to join a private webinar hosted by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) to learn about the new BPI Healthy Home Evaluator Certification. With a pilot testing phase set to launch on April 4, BPI’s Matt Anderson took some time to explain the history of the new BPI HHE designation and logistical details for debuting this certification.
