While China continues to propel itself forward in technological and infrastructure advances, they have faced a series or recent natural disaters that some economists beleive are deadly, man-made consequences of favoring economic growth over environemtal protection.

LEED Green Associate Now Available in Canada

On February 2nd, the Green Building Certification Institute expanded its LEED Green Associate certification program to include Canadian residents. All residents of Canada are eligible for the LEED Green Associate designation. Further, the Canadian Green Building Council still maintains it primary mission of expanding and implementing the LEED standards in Canada, while the GBCI will take over all aspects of the exam administration.
Here at Everblue we are glad to see the alignment of the Canadian professional standards with the rest of the world.
