How do I register for a course?
Answer: Everblue has two easy ways to register: you can either register online using a major credit card, or you can contact us by calling 800-460-2575.

Is it okay if multiple individuals in my office want to view your online training from one computer?
Answer: Absolutely, as long as each individual has paid for a seat. The tuition fee you pay is for one seat. After you have registered, you will see that there is only one username and password with which you will use to log into your Everblue account to access the material. Only one certificate of completion will be issued. If more than one person wants to watch the webinar training content, you will have to pay separate registration fees.

How do I update my personal profile?
Answer: Once logged into your Everblue account, you may access your Everblue Personal Profile.

What should I do if I forget my password?
Answer: Please call our office at 800-460-2575, and one of our inside sales representatives can instantly update your password.

I registered for the wrong course by mistake. How do I exchange this course for a different one?
Answer: Please call our office at 800-460-2575, and one of our inside sales representatives can register you for the correct course. Please note: you will be asked to pay the difference if the intended course is listed as a different price than the one for which you originally registered.

How do I access my certificate of completion?
Answer: Your certificate of completion is available in your online student profile. You should have access to this file within 72 hours of the course completion. Once you have accessed the file in your student profile, it will be e-mailed to you as an attachment in locked PDF format. Should you not receive it in a timely manner, please check your spam folder.

Can I use my certificate of completion from Everblue to show my employer that I am now certified?
Answer: No, Everblue's certificates of completion are given to all students and merely serve to show that you successfully completed our training courses. Everblue is a training provider for many certifying organizations. You should expect to receive an official certificate from one of the following certifying organizations: U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), Building Performance Institute (BPI), Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET), or North American Board of Certified Practitioners (NABCEP). Everblue's certificate of completion may serve as proof of your attendance in a sustainability training course.

If you have a question that has not been answered in any of these sections, please call our office at 800-460-2575 or e-mail us at support@everbluetraining.com.
