How to Become a LEED AP BD+C

 
To earn your LEED AP BD+C credential, you will follow these steps:

  • Step 1:  Pass the LEED Green Associate Exam
  • Step 2:  Prepare for your LEED AP BD+C Exam
  • Step 3:  Pay USGBC for Your LEED AP BD+C Exam
  • Step 4:  Schedule Your Exam Appointment with Prometric
  • Step 5:  Participate in Continuing Education & Pay a Biennial Fee to USGBC

The LEED Credential Maintenance Program requires LEED AP Specialty credential holders to earn 30 hours of continuing education. Six of those hours must be specific to LEED concepts.
