When Does LEED Version 4 Come Out?

You've heard that a new version of LEED was scheduled to launch in June 2014. The USGBC has now released a date.

The last day to take the credential exams with LEED v2009 (also known as version 3) content will be June 15, 2014. The first day to take the exams with the new LEED v4 content will be June 30, 2014. The Building Performance Institute, Inc. (BPI) recently announced the launch of a national rating program to provide customers with an affordable, easy to understand rating of their home that can be combined with a comprehensive home energy audit. The BPI Rating Program is now available in Florida, which last July recognized BPI as one of a select group of organizations authorized to provide a Building Energy-Efficiency Rating System (BERS) in the state.
