LEED in Tulsa, OK

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified)

I am presently in the Tulsa, OK area. The cert classes would be great in this area. There is still a fair amount of construction continuing in this area even though other areas are being hit with the economy. The area is heavy with construction people and enough large GC's to make a trip worth while. Heck I could be a sales person for you to make this happen as I am a victim of the economy. I was laid off after 8 years of successful superintendency and traveling from one end of this country to the other. Anyway I think I want to do one of these cert classes, being laid off I certainly have the time.

Hello and thank you for your question.

Everblue is still in the process of recording our CMP webinars as we hold them each month. Therefore, you would be able to access these recordings on demand after they are completed in 15 months from now. You could then take the on demand webinars at your own pace with Everblue's LEED CMP package.

CMP for LEED AP?

Submitted by Louwie (not verified)

Do you have CMP for LEED AP O+M?

Thanks

CMP for LEED AP?

Submitted by Everblue

Thanks for the great question!

Everblue's CMP program qualifies for both LEED Green Associate continuing education credits and LEED AP continuing education credits. LEED GAs only need 15 hours of continuing education while LEED APs need 30 hours.

So you would want to sign up for the Everblue CMP course and take all 30 hours to maintain your LEED AP O+M credential.

I am a LEED Greeen Associate and wondering if the $299 would be the cost for the live webinar and if so when is the dates and what time. Thanks

CMP Live Training

Submitted by Bana@Everblue

Hello Mahnaz,

Thank you for your question. This CMP course fulfills your 15 required hours of LEED credentials for a LEED Green Associate. This is not live webinar training, therefore you can view these courses at your leisure. The moment you register, you gain access to all 15 hours of teaching. To track your viewing, Everblue requires you complete an exam after each 2-hour module. When completed, you will be able to submit these hours to the USGBC.

Thank you,
Bana

In Need of Hours by September

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified)

I am a LEED AP and need to obtain the Prescriptive Credential Maintenance Hours by Sept. 15, 2011. I have CPEs for PE renewals and am currently working on 2 LEED projects, however when looking at the requirements for BD+C I am finding it not only confusing but unable to meet the requirements in the areas required with out retaking the exam.

Do you have a program I can complete and get 30 hour requirements in BD+C by Sept. 15, 2011.

I am interested in registering for the LEED Credential Maintenance package. I took the LEED NC exam prior to June 2009. I wonder what package I should take to fulfill all the credential requirement before June 20. Also, I am living in Hong Kong. How would I take the online classes considering there is time difference?

LEED GA Credential Maintenance

Submitted by John Arnest (not verified)

I successfully passed the Green Associate examination in April 2010. Is my memory correct that I have to complete my Credential Maintenance before April 2012? If so I will certainly enroll in the GA CMP program (the GA Test Prep I attended plus the study materials were excellent)

LEED GA Credential Maintenance

Hello John,

The best thing to do is contact the GBCI in ensure you know your exact due date for credential maintenance. It is important that you complete your 15 hours before then.

Taking LEED AP and CMP

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified)

I took and passed the LEED GA exam in April of 2010 and have not yet taken and passed a specific LEED AP exam. I have to take a specific LEED AP exam by January 10, 2012. If I take and pass a specific LEED AP exam by this date, do I still need all the continuing education credits for the LEED GA or because I pass the LEED AP exam does that mean that because I am now considered a LEED AP then a new "session" or two year period starts and I now have 2 years to gain the appropriate amount of contuing education?

I am just trying to pass a LEED AP exam before the two years is up for my LEED GA and want to make sure that once I pass a LEED AP exam that I will be alright and won't have to retake the LEED GA exam. Thanks for any information that might be helpful.

-Brad

Taking LEED AP and CMP

Submitted by Bana@Everblue

Hello Brad and thank you for your question.

As long as you take and pass your LEED exam by April 2012 for the AP exam, he will not need to take CMP hours towards the GA. Once you pass your AP exam, you will have two years to get your 30 CMP hours in from that new AP exam passing date.

Thank you,
Bana
